Recently went to Bangalore’s first MediterrAsia restaurant – Flechazo which was launched at Outer Ring Road Bangalore on 17th August 2016. FLECHAZO (meaning “Love at first sight”) brings together 2 mighty culinary regions of the world – The Mediterranean and Asian regions. The interiors are very bright and cheerful. The place was buzzing on a Sunday evening with lots of friends and families getting together for a nice meal!
No one celebrates food quite like the hearty, warm, generous people of MediterrAsia. Every occasion is a time to celebrate, and where there is celebration there is food. The portions are generous, the flavours reflect love, hospitality is a way of life and food is a culture. I loved the Hummus and Baba Ganoush kept at every table which was fresh and fabulous!
FLECHAZO is a specialty concept dining restaurant bringing together the finesse of a fine dine and the quick and friendly service of a casual dine. One of my favorite starters was Chicken Shawarma which was grated at our table and served fresh to us.
FLECHAZO believes that they are are not in the business of serving food, but in the business of spreading happiness and delight. Every member of FLECHAZO family is carefully chosen and taught to take care of guests the way they take care of their own people. I loved the Nitrogen Icecream Mocktail.
The 6700 sq feet outlet is strategically situated in Doddanekkundi which is surrounded by IT companies. The outlet can seat around 150 guests in each seating and features a elaborate fixed menu featuring starters served in table followed by buffet. One other interesting aspect is that you can try your hand at making your own pizza with help of chefs too!
Flechazo offers unlimited food at a fixed price. To begin with for the FIRST TIME IN INDIA a food shot counter which features chaats, Dimsums, Sushi, Tapas and other cold food is being introduced. The Big O where you can enjoy live thin crust pizzas, Manakeesh and freshly baked Pitas; and Smoking cold where you can create your own ice creams instantly, using liquid nitrogen. Also for the first time ever Bangalore will witness the Churasso Grill.
