Edo, the most preferred Japanese restaurant in the heart of the city at ITC Gardenia, is now open for lunch on all days of the week. Just right for a busy work lunch or a meeting, one can now savour authentic Japanese delicacies served with efficiency and speed in a tranquil ambience.

With an a-la-carte and table d’hote menu to choose from, guests will find themselves spoilt for choice. On offer were Edo signatures such as Ebi or Yasai Tempura (Prawn/Vegetable Tempura), Gindara Misozuke (Sweet miso marinated black cod), Shake Yasai Yaki (Salmon grilled with butter) and the signature Sushi and Sashimi Platter. Adding a zest to the meal were the signature Japanese non-alcoholic beverage options to choose from.
