Curated and crafted by renowned Chef Sabyasachi Gorai, – fondly called Chef Saby, the menu consists of small and large plates, some favourite munchies, and of course, some all time classics.
A NEW team that’ll make you beam, Big Brewsky is now launched with a new look, new feel and new avatar with its new menu, cocktails and music.
When you have one the finest chefs in India designing your menu, you can rest assured that there will be some magic on the plates. Saby, who has a cult following in the culinary world, and is the recipient of numerous awards and also the recipient of “Best Chef of India” award at Varli Awards New York and was awarded the “Silver hat” by the Indian Culinary Forum. His long list of successful restaurants, include Olive, Lavaash by Saby, Sodabottle Openerwala , Junglee Billee, Olive Bistro, and The Wine Company among numerous others.
Says Saby, “Apart from the Global favourites, there’s also a “Proudly Karnatik” section. I have also tried to incorporate as much as possible local produce, fresh and healthy ingredients. Since a lot of our traditional food is cooked in wood fire, I have used the technique of slow braising to try and capture the authentic taste. This section is a collection of dishes that is comforting and soul satisfying, home style food, that brings back lots of memories for me.”
At the bar, Karthik Kumar, the Mixologist, has some fantastic new concoctions, he can’t wait for you to try.
And of course, our brewmeister, Martin Bernard brings his immense experience to craft some brew-tally outstanding Beers.
Big Brewsky has also gone big on the music element, and has very interesting options every day of the week. In a tribute to the cult festival of the sixties, their new property Woodstock, features various bands every Sunday to go with the huge spread of their famous brunch.
